Job Details

Your real‑world experience will directly impact future nurses and the patients they will care for.

We are seeking MSN‑qualified candidates with experience in the following specialties:

• Mental Health
• Med‑Surg
• OB
• Pediatrics
• Gerontology

In this role, you will

• Teach and support nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings
• Create an engaging and positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow
• Help students connect real‑life nursing experience to patient care and clinical decision‑making
• Use different teaching methods to support various learning styles
• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve the program and student outcomes
• Play an important role in shaping the future of healthcare through education and mentorship

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensed in CA (unencumbered)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in the past
• 1+ year of preceptor, tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience (preferred)
