Endoscopy of South Sacramento — Clinical Manager - Endoscopy Job Summary

The Clinical Manager–Endoscopy is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the clinical areas—including OR and Pre‑OP/Post‑Op—and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Manager—Endoscopy reports to the Administrator and collaborates to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The role oversees staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk‑management duties, and uses clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Salary

Range

$128,960 - $153,920 annual depending on experience.

Required Skills
  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
  • Current license as a CA Registered Nurse
  • Two or more years of Operating Room experience; endoscopy cases preferred.
  • Supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area preferred.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse required for this position.
  • Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS accredited by AHA (PALS may be obtained within 3 months of start date).
