Salary: $116,000 - $131,000 per year

We are working with a healthcare education organization that prepares future nurses for real clinical practice, not textbook-only theory that evaporates the second someone walks onto a unit.

This is a strong fit for an experienced RN who has thought, “I could teach this better than the way I learned it,” but never seriously explored education because every instructor posting seemed to require years of teaching experience. This one does not.

You will be working with ASN students in a mix of classroom instruction and clinical/preceptor-based learning. The organization needs nurses who can bring current bedside or field experience into the room and help students understand what the job actually looks like when the shift gets busy, the patient load gets real, and the textbook answer needs clinical judgment behind it.

If you are burned out from patient care but not burned out from nursing, this is the lane. You still use your clinical brain. You still make an impact. You just get to do it with a more predictable Monday through Friday schedule and fewer “surprise, your assignment changed again” moments.

• Compensation up to $131K per year, with the strongest fit likely landing in the $116K–$118K range without prior teaching experience
• Full-time Monday through Friday schedule, which is a major quality-of-life shift for nurses coming out of nights, weekends, holidays, or constantly changing schedules
• No formal teaching experience required if your clinical background is strong and recent

• Teach nursing students in a mix of classroom, lab, and clinical/preceptor-based learning environments
