Key Responsibilities of the RN – PICU – Pediatric Intensive Care
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate families on patient care and health management
Requirements of the RN – PICU – Pediatric Intensive Care
- Current RN license in California
- Previous experience in Pediatric Intensive Care
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
