Position SummaryThe Manager of Nursing Programs is an experienced registered nurse (RN) who is responsible for the operational, clinical, and administrative leadership of nursing programs and services. This role works in dyadic partnership with our Clinical Director to provide oversight of nursing staff, promote high-quality patient care, ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and support the achievement of strategic and operational goals.
The Manager of Nursing Programs fosters a culture of patient-centered care, safety, collaboration, continuous quality improvement and teamwork.
Working independently and in collaboration with providers, interdisciplinary teams, and organizational leadership, the RN Nurse Manager oversees staffing, workflow optimization, performance management, employee development, quality initiatives, and resource utilization. The position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, professional judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN Nurse Manager serves as a role model, mentor, and advocate for nursing excellence while supporting positive patient outcomes and staff engagement.
