Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily care to assigned patients following their clinical assessments and care plans
- Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
- Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are self-administered
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Monitor and report on patients' health conditions promptly
Qualifications
- Current California CNA license
- Active and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passionate about providing compassionate and attentive care
