Job SummaryAmerican River Hospice Services, an in-home hospice agency serving the greater Sacramento area, is looking for a Hospice Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team. The role involves managing and coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and upholding quality standards in our hospice care services.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required;
Master's degree preferred - Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice care
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong familiarity with hospice regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Oversee and coordinate patient care services within the hospice program of American River Hospice Services
- Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Perform regular audits and assessments to uphold quality standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff
- Offer educational programs and resources to enhance staff skills and knowledge
