Overview
Engineering & Maintenance Technician (4 Openings)
A rapidly expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is building out its Engineering & Maintenance team and is hiring 4 Technicians to support a state-of-the-art sterile fill-finish facility.
Responsibilities- Operate & maintain critical utilities and facility systems (boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, AHUs)
- Support sterile fill-finish process equipment including vial, bag & PFS filling lines, formulation systems, and autoclaves
- Execute preventive & predictive maintenance (PMs)
- Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime & improve reliability
- Perform GMP inspections for equipment & areas
- Follow and help implement engineering SOPs
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years of experience OR 8+ years of pharmaceutical maintenance experience
- Background in pharma / biotech manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cGMP & GxP environments
- Experience with utilities and process equipment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to gown & work in controlled environments
- High-growth pharmaceutical manufacturer
- Technically advanced sterile manufacturing site
