McClellan Park, CA 95652 - Work hours:
Monday – Friday, 5:00 am – 1:00 pm (full‑time, 40 hours per week) - Overtime may be required during peak season (July–December) including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Base pay: $17.80 per hour
- Review work orders, observe specifications and special notes, and prepare the work area to start printing multi‑color jobs.
- Maintain productivity while meeting the highest quality specifications.
- Perform quality checks on decorated garments based on customer specifications.
- Assist the press operator by loading material on the press, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre‑counting material before decoration.
- Operate machinery used to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens for the screen‑printing process.
- Move material into staging locations throughout the facility using a pallet jack and RF scanner.
- Keep the area and equipment clean; perform press wash at least once per week.
- Use all personal protective equipment as required for personal safety and the safety of peers.
- Learn tasks quickly, accurately, and team‑orientally; be punctual with excellent attendance.
- Familiarity with screen‑printing machines and software.
- Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
- Capability to troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Understanding of design principles to assist in creating appealing patterns.
- Ability to follow orders and proper machine operating procedures.
- Learn tasks quickly, be detail‑driven, personable, team‑oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Must be able to differentiate and coordinate colors.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
- Ability to read English instructions.
- Must see and differentiate colors for accuracy in inspecting the product during and after processing.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive movements of the body on a regular basis, lift no less than 15 – 35 lbs. on a regular basis, and tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
