Balanced Body, a Sacramento-based manufacturer of premium Pilates equipment, seeks a Quality Manager to own quality across the full supply chain from supplier to customer. This is a hands-on role on the factory floor, writing standards, performing inspections, and driving a disciplined, criteria-driven system.
You will lead the QT9-based CAPA pipeline, manage non-conforming product trends, and build dashboards to show cost of quality and first-pass yield.
