BSN SPORTS is seeking a Production Associate / Screen Print Specialist at our McClellan Park, CA 95652 facility.
Work Type: Onsite Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 5am – 1pm. Full‑time, 8‑hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary and extra hours may be added as needed. Peak season (July‑December) may include overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Ensure the machine and work area are cleaned during the shift and before shift end, including disposing all trash and plastic bags, cleaning ink spills, and scrapping excess ink from screens and squeegees.
- Maintain the press by keeping it clean and wiping down with press wash at least once per week.
- Use all required personal protective equipment for safety.
- Review work orders, observe specifications and special notes, and prepare the work area to print multi‑color work.
- Perform direct physical activity to maintain productivity while meeting quality specifications.
- Conduct quality checks of decorated garments against customer specifications.
- Assist the press operator by loading material, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre‑counting material based on paperwork.
- Operate machinery to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens used in the screen‑printing process.
- Move material into staging locations using a pallet jack and RF scanner.
- Learn tasks quickly, work accurately, be personable, team‑oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Familiarity with screen‑printing machines and software.
- Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
- Attention to detail to catch irregularities and ensure only the best product is sent out.
- Reliable teamwork and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15 lbs. or more.
- Read, comprehend, and follow written instructions in English.
- Communicate effectively in spoken English and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- See and differentiate colors for accuracy during and after processing.
- High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse experience is a bonus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
The position requires standing for long periods, repetitive movements, lifting 15‑35 lbs. regularly, and working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
