QA Manager – DHR

Leads a team of DHR Reviewers who sign off that manufactured medical devices match required specs before release.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and manage DHR Reviewer staff; set goals, do performance reviews
• Schedule team coverage and prioritize workload
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate process changes with internal stakeholders
• Do DHR reviews personally when volume requires it
• Track trending data on review metrics; improve procedures/work instructions
• Support internal/external regulatory audits
• Escalate quality issues to management with proposed solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's + 3 years' experience (or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of medical device regulations
• Supervisory experience preferred
• MS Office proficiency, strong attention to detail
