Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology, adhering to Brivity best practices
  • Execute PLACE lead generation weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Participate in team activities weekly including script practice per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, PLACE Training, Brivity Training, and PLACE Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Qualifications
  • Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience.
  • Intrinsically motivated sales professional and team player with a competitive spirit and a learning based, growth-mindset.
