As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to company standards, deliver friendly service, and create a great bar experience.

• Mix and serve beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming bar environment for staff and customers.
• Follow physical standards: remain stationary, lift up to 25 lb., wear protective gear, and use cleaning supplies as required.

• Minimum age 21 (per state law).

* Compensation:
Applebee’s® Bartenders start at minimum wage plus the opportunity to earn tips.

Must have ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 lb. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift. Requires protective hand, face coverings, and disinfectant cleaning supplies.
