Hourly Rate: $22-$27
Lead Line Cook Responsibilities
* Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines
* Assist in the training and development of staff members
* Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process
* Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
* Communicate customer order information to our virtual FOH team
Requirements
* A leader who demonstrates initiative and leads by example.
* Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
* Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
* Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
* Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
