A new culinary destination in downtown Sacramento is seeking an experienced PM Sous Chef to join the opening culinary leadership team. The ideal candidate will lead evening kitchen operations, ensure food quality standards are met, and mentor line cooks. This role requires over three years of experience in a professional kitchen, with strong expertise in line cooking and leadership abilities.

A strong understanding of live-fire cooking is preferred, and candidates must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
