Hard Rock - - Responsibilities:
Provides superior service to both internal and external customers and serves food and beverages to Hard Rock standards;
Recognizes guests with a friendly greeting and informs them of daily specials;
Assists guests with menu and beverage selection, demonstrating salesmanship with complete menu knowledge;
Maintains sanitation and safety, ensures guest satisfaction, and responds to guest complaints;
Performs inventories and assists with events, setups, and teardown as needed
