Requirements
  • Available to work weekends
  • Available to work mornings/afternoons (5:00am
    -2:00pm)
  • Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
  • A willingness to learn and grow
  • Preferred 2-3 years previous experience
  • Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
  • Reliable transportation to work.
  • Position Summary: The Pastry Cook must be able to bake and decorate products as listed on the bakery inventory list, make sure all products are prepped and cooked/baked properly, taste product, mix product correctly and accurately, be sure all products are properly stored at the end of each day, fill out bakery inventory sheet daily, maintain product par, load vans with your product, clean.

    Has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices.
