Office Associate-CAFE

• Greet and interact with customers as they visit the cafe and store.
• Provide customers with information.
• Perform transactions by collecting payments.
• Prepping and serving a variety of food items including baked goods, soups, salads, sandwiches and more.
• Perform inventory and stocking cafe as needed.
• Use the phone and intercom to relay messages.
• Check receipts when customers are leaving with product.
• You are expected to be cross trained to cashier in the office as well.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to count and manage cash transactions as well as process credit card payments
• Basic computer and typing skills needed
• Must be able to multi‑task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
• Must be dependable and self‑motivated

We provide onsite training and one‑on‑one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
