The Lot Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional first impression and maintaining an organized, welcoming dealership environment. This position supports the sales and service teams by ensuring vehicles and the lot are presentation-ready while providing outstanding customer service from the moment guests arrive.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive on the lot
- Direct guests to the appropriate sales or service team member
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, showroom, and vehicle displays
- Move, park, and arrange vehicles as directed
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged
- Install temporary tags and assist with dealer trades as needed
- Monitor lot conditions and report any safety concerns
- Assist with dealership events and special promotions
- Provide support to the sales and service departments as requested
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
