Role Description
This full-time, on-site Retail Jewelry Sales Associate position is based in Greater Sacramento. The role involves assisting customers in selecting fine jewelry, providing a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for offering expert advice, maintaining product knowledge, and creating a welcoming and visually appealing retail environment.

- Experience:
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
- Availability:
Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer Focus: A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience

Skills:
Strong communication and relational skills
- Retail
Experience:
Minimum two years' retail experience in fine jewelry and timepieces.
