Housing Specialist

Our client is looking for a difference maker for the community! They are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our housing programs. In this role, you’ll:

• -Provide excellent service to applicants, tenants, and landlords
• -Process applications, recertifications, and eligibility for housing assistance
• -Coordinate inspections, orientations, and case management
• -Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• -Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HUD regulations

Requirements:

• -1+ year of customer service experience
• -Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• -Strong multitasking and communication skills
• -Experience with order entry or case management a plus
