Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources to provide customer service;
Maintains in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations; processes meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) and ensures food safety and inventory management;
Utilizes handheld technology to drive sales, train staff, and make production decisions while engaging with members;
Drives business results by maintaining a clean, compliant work area, ensuring quality and standards for high-volume meat products, and assisting members with purchasing decisions and proper labeling/packing;
Mentors and trains other team members, advocates for the department and club, and supports company policies and ethical standards.
