Lead and inspire the store team by coaching and empowering members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals;
Drive performance and contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations;
Train and develop staff, support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives;
Execute daily store operations, assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain store standards;
