The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Territory Manager with HVAC industry knowledge who is ready to own a market and driven to grow it the right way.
This is a field-focused, relationship-driven role responsible for:
- Identifying and developing real opportunities.
- Executing structured sales strategies
- Driving share of wallet growth
- Collaborating internally to deliver measurable service excellence
This role is about disciplined execution, consistent follow-through, and adding value to every account.
What We’re Looking For- HVAC experience (distribution or contractor background preferred)
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Coachable with initiative to personal growth and development.
- Comfort using CRM and sales tools
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
