Your Impact
As an Account Executive on our PDF Accessibility team, you will work closely with hundreds of special districts (think: fire districts, water, utilities, parks, and other essential and community-owned utilities) and other governmental agencies (cities, counties, education, etc.) to show them the power that PDF Accessibility product has to make their job easier and stay up-to-date with all local, state, and federal ADA requirements when it comes to PDF availability and storage.

What You’ll DoAs an Account Executive
, you will:
- You’ll uncover their business needs and communicate how our cutting‑edge technology will save them time, money, and mitigate potential litigation.
- You’ll become an expert in the laws that affect how districts operate online, from transparency requirements to how users with disabilities can access content on their websites.
- You’ll source new leads, conduct outreach efforts via email, telephone, and other avenues, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and negotiate to get the deal won.
- You’ll collaborate with customer support and product teams to continuously improve the solutions based on the needs you’re seeing.
- You’ll bring strong knowledge, experience, grit, and analytical capabilities to Civic Plus.
- You’ll crush your goals with the support of a passionate, humble, and get‑it‑done team.

Preferred Qualifications- 1-2 years minimum in a quota‑carrying sales role with proven experience achieving set goals.
- Prior SaaS selling experience preferred.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle (from scraping leads to closing deals).
- Ability to effectively utilize your innate curiosity to uncover prospects’ pain points and connect those to Civic Plus offerings.
This role offers:
- Help essential local agencies—from fire and water districts to cities and schools—stay compliant, accessible, and confident in meeting ADA requirements for PDFs.
- Show customers how Civic Plus’ PDF Accessibility solution removes complexity, reduces risk, and saves real time and money.
- Become a trusted expert on digital accessibility and transparency laws, guiding customers through an ever‑changing regulatory landscape.
- Make a meaningful difference in how communities serve residents by ensuring everyone can access critical public information.
- Estimated Base Salary Grade Range: $61,700- $87,600
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and is based on a 40‑hour work week.
