Job Description

Bar None Auction is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to our current sales team. The Business Developer role is an inside position at our corporate offices in Sacramento California. The efforts of the ISR will be to develop new business relationships with contractors and large fleet operators to find trucks, trailers, and construction equipment to sell in our monthly public auctions.

This position has major opportunity for growth!

Your Role
  • Make outbound sales calls to identify lead opportunities.
  • Set appointments for the outside sales team members for prime target customers.
  • Use CRM software to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the construction equipment and truck industry.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
