Business Development Representative

CR  Property Damage Services is looking for a high-energy, results-driven BDR who thrives on winning business, building pipelines, and closing deals.

• Hunting new business through cold outreach, networking, and field prospecting
• Building and owning your sales pipeline
• Developing referral partners and turning them into consistent revenue
• Responding to emergency service opportunities (fast-paced, high urgency)
• Closing new business and driving revenue growth
• Representing CR  at events, in the field, and in the community
• Maintaining accurate CRM data and tracking activity

• Goal-driven and competitive mindset
• Proactive approach — you go get business
• Comfortable with rejection and persistence
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Organized and accountable for results
• Willing to work flexible hours (events, emergencies, networking)

• 3–5+ years in sales, business development, or outside sales
• Experience in restoration, construction, or service industry is a plus
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
