CR Property Damage Services is looking for a people-person who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others during difficult times.
When homes and businesses experience water, fire, mold, or storm damage, our team is there to help put lives back together. We're looking for someone who can represent CR in the community, create lasting partnerships, and be a trusted resource for customers and referral partners.
If you're outgoing, compassionate, energetic, and enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, plumbers, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners
- Visit businesses, networking events, community functions, and job sites throughout the region
- Represent CR in a professional and positive manner
- Generate new business opportunities through relationship-building and community outreach
- Follow up with referral partners and customers to ensure an exceptional experience
- Participate in local events, chamber functions, and industry gatherings
- Assist with emergency response opportunities when needed
- Maintain activity and relationship notes within our CRM
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine compassion for people going through stressful situations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable networking and meeting new people every day
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Organized and dependable
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Marketing, business development, customer service, or outside sales experience
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service industries is a plus
- Existing relationships within the local business community are beneficial but not required
