Entry-Level Business Associate
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Business Associate to join our event marketing and fundraising team. In this role, you will help represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing campaigns, community events, and fundraising initiatives. This position offers hands-on training in sales, marketing, customer engagement, event coordination, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities- Represent nonprofit clients at promotional events, retail locations, and community outreach campaigns.
- Engage with the public to educate potential donors and supporters about client missions.
- Build positive relationships with customers and maintain a professional brand image.
- Assist with planning, setting up, and executing fundraising and marketing events.
- Meet individual and team fundraising or campaign performance goals.
- Track campaign results and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and business development.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and campaign activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for events.
