Entry-Level Business Associate

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Business Associate to join our event marketing and fundraising team. In this role, you will help represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing campaigns, community events, and fundraising initiatives. This position offers hands-on training in sales, marketing, customer engagement, event coordination, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent nonprofit clients at promotional events, retail locations, and community outreach campaigns.
  • Engage with the public to educate potential donors and supporters about client missions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and maintain a professional brand image.
  • Assist with planning, setting up, and executing fundraising and marketing events.
  • Meet individual and team fundraising or campaign performance goals.
  • Track campaign results and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and business development.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and campaign activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for events.
