Route Sales Professional Vacation Relief
Bimbo Bakeries USA, the world’s largest baking company, is looking for energetic sales professionals to support our direct‑to‑store distribution network. The successful candidate will manage product displays, drive sales growth, and ensure accurate route settlements while safely operating company trucks.
Benefits- Weekly Base Pay + Commission (average $60,000 - $85,000 per year)
- Shift: 4:00 am start, 45 hours per week with Wednesday and Sunday off

- Set up and maintain product displays and rotate stock to maintain freshness and quality.
- Drive sales by securing new display space, creating incremental displays, and using sales data to guide store‑level strategies.
- Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions.
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers.
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures, reconciling all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Safely operate company route trucks and complete DOT daily logs.
- Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Must obtain a Chauffeur License if the position is located in IN, MI, or TN.
- Physical ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods and frequently reach and use fingers.
- 1–3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding the English language sufficient for communication with the general public and for completion of official reports and records, as required by U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.
