Paragonix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Community Liaison in the Sacramento, CA area to grow census and serve as a positive ambassador for the hospice program.
You will build referral networks with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and patient families, develop outreach plans, and coordinate with the Clinical team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in healthcare marketing/sales, hospice experience preferred, and is an LVN/RN or has solid hospice background.
