Plumbing​/Sewer Sales Specialist

Bell Bros is seeking a Plumbing/Sewer Sales Specialist to grow residential plumbing and drain revenue across the Sacramento region. In this field based role, you'll perform in home inspections, diagnose plumbing and sewer issues, and present clear, honest repair or replacement options. You'll build trust through expert recommendations, detailed estimates, and consistent follow up, while collaborating closely with technicians. This position offers strong commission potential, modern tools, ongoing training, and a path into specialist or leadership roles within our family style, customer first culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in home plumbing and sewer inspections and present repair/replacement options
• Generate proposals and close sales for plumbing, sewer, and drain services
• Educate homeowners on system condition, code/safety issues, and Bell Bros solutions
• Build trust through clear communication, honest recommendations, and follow up
• Collaborate with field technicians to scope work and ensure accurate estimates
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance in CRM and internal systems
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products, financing options, and promotions
• Adhere to all safety, code, and compliance standards on every visit
• Represent Bell Bros' family style, customer first culture in every interaction
