IES HVAC in California seeks a Project Development Representative responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to project close, within an assigned territory, in collaboration with Sales Manager to expand customer base and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work with pre-construction and project teams, develop proposals and RFP responses, maintain CRM records, and help launch projects with timely bids, pricing, and documentation. Compensation range is $125,000–$200,000+ per year.
