Infinite Reign Solution, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and retail sales. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you'll help customers explore products and services, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and support them throughout the purchasing process.

This is an on-site position offering paid training, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for career growth.

You’ll serve as a trusted resource for customers by helping them make informed purchasing decisions while contributing to a positive retail environment.

• Engage customers through friendly, professional, and solution-oriented conversations.
• Recommend products and service plans based on each customer's needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on available promotions, pricing, warranties, and account options.
• Complete account activations, upgrades, product setup, and service-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional products and services when appropriate.
• Resolve routine customer questions and partner with leadership on more complex concerns.
• Stay informed on new products, services, and promotional offerings through ongoing training.
• Support daily retail operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working toward performance goals in a retail setting.

• $16.00-$20.00 per hour
