Generation Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support wedding blocks and event spaces. You will prepare BEOs, coordinate catering needs, and execute day-of-event tasks with the Sales team.
You will also manage client communications, proposals, contracts, and ensuring accurate rooming lists while collaborating with Front Office and other departments. Excellent organization and time management are essential.
