Not a farmer. Not an order-taker. Not someone who waits for marketing to hand them a warm lead. A hunter someone who creates opportunity where none existed
, who's energized by the chase of a six- and seven-figure deal, and who closes because losing isn't an option
. If that's how you'd describe yourself, your next territory is here.
My Out Desk built its business on small- and mid-market accounts, and it worked nearly 20 years, 8,500+ clients, and one of the fastest-growing companies in our space. That's not the ceiling. We're building something we haven't built before: an enterprise motion. National accounts. Multi-stakeholder deals. C-suite champions. Quotas measured in millions, not thousands.
This is a senior, quota-carrying individual contributor seat not a management role for someone who wants to own a territory, not inherit one. You report directly to the CRO. You're measured on one thing: revenue.
About My Out DeskFounded in 2008 in Sacramento, My Out Desk connects growth-minded businesses with top-tier global talent. Nearly 20 years in, we've served more than 8,500 clients, built a talent bench spanning the United States, Latin America, and Africa, and earned recognition as a Top 50 Fastest-Growing Company, an Inc. 5000 award winner, and the #1 Virtual Assistant Company according to Tech Radar.
Now we're writing the next chapter and this role is part of it.
- National & Enterprise Pipeline — Your book, your territory. You prospect, qualify, and self-source the majority of your pipeline. No hand-offs, no hiding behind marketing leads.
- Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Deals — Long cycles. Multiple decision-makers. Procurement and RFPs. You drive them through diagnosis, consensus, and close — without losing momentum.
- Executive Relationships — You're in the room with C-suite and senior leadership, positioning My Out Desk against real business problems. Not features. Not fluff.
- Travel & Field Presence — Conferences. Trade shows. In-person meetings that move deals forward. You show up where the deals get made.
- Forecast & Pipeline Integrity — Your Salesforce pipeline is real. Your forecast is real. Leadership trusts your number because your data doesn't lie.
- Relationship Continuity, Not Ongoing Ownership — You close it, you stay close to it — but day-to-day growth and expansion belong to our account management team. Your job is the next deal, not managing the last one.
- You have 5+ years of quota-carrying, enterprise-level sales experience — either selling BPO, Staffing, or HR/Talent Solutions directly, or selling into Professional Services, Insurance, Financial Advising, Real Estate, or Mortgage organizations — with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- You build your own pipeline. Prospecting, referral networks, relationship-building — inbound is a bonus, not a strategy.
- Long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles don't wear you down. Procurement and legal don't scare you off.
- You've got executive presence — polished, credible, confident in front of C-suite.
- You're resilient and gritty. Long cycles, travel, and the occasional lost deal don't knock you off your game.
- You live in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and treat pipeline hygiene like a professional discipline, not a chore.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Consultative, trusted-advisor selling — you diagnose before you pitch, and build trust before you build a proposal.
- Executive communication that lands — clear, confident, and credible in writing, on the phone, on video, and in person.
- Sharp listening and conversational agility across technical, financial, and…
