We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional for a Commercial HVAC & Automation company to join the Automation team.
If you have a background in building automation, controls systems, and enjoy closing deals, this could be a great fit.
What you'll do:
- Sell automation and controls solutions across new construction and retrofit projects
- Develop relationships with engineers, mechanical contractors, and general contractors
- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and pricing for controls scopes
- Manage your own pipeline and drive revenue growth across the territory
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience with controls systems
- Strong sales track record with confident presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable building cost estimates and technical proposals
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Uncapped commission with high base salary
