Schedule:

Full-time, in-shop (no remote)

• Competitive base hourly pay ($20 minimum/hr DOE) Bonus cap at $125K
• Performance bonuses tied to shop results and customer satisfaction

• Accurately write repair orders (RO Writer system)
• Explain inspections and recommended repairs clearly and honestly
