Role Description This full-time on-site Sales Professional role is based in Sacramento, CA. The Sales Professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations and professionals, understanding their medication management needs, and recommending appropriate Dose Packer solutions. The role involves negotiating contracts, meeting revenue and performance targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The Sales Professional will also stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively position Dose Packer in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy servicew, medical devices, or related industries, with the ability to understand clinical workflows and medication management processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools(Hub Spot) and basic office software, and comfort working with technology-driven products and data.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage multiple opportunities, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
