The Security Systems Section ensures the physical safekeeping of employees, visitors, contractors, vendors, and Department assets by managing physical access and security systems.

Under the general direction of the Supervisor II, the Supervisor I administers the Security Services Section.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining complex physical security and access control systems, visitor management systems, and emergency alert systems.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all security system servers.
• Managing the Department's Security and Crime Prevention Program.
• Providing timely, professional responses to internal and external customers.
• Responding promptly to emergency incidents and being reachable by mobile phone 24/7.

• Your experience supervising staff and managing workloads or operational priorities.
• Your experience administering or troubleshooting security systems (access control, CCTV, visitor management, emergency notifications).
