Premier Security Flex Officer

Position Overview

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Retail Surveillance Security Officer. The role requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to detect threats in a security operations environment.

• Site Locations:
  San Francisco, East Bay and North Bay - California
• Schedule:
  
  Flex
  - Day, Swing and Grave Shifts (Must be available on weekends)
• Competitive hourly wage of $21 to $30 / hour (Depending on the site) (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid CA Driver License
• 2 years of security officer experience
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have a current BSIS issued Security License (Guard Card) and additional 32-hour security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during the onboarding process)
