Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and/or delivery processing;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Assist with monitoring the work environment for potential hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns and report findings through appropriate channels
