This is an onsite working arrangement at our Sacramento, CA location.

** About you
** You’re a reliable, hands-on professional who takes pride in keeping people and property safe. In this role, you’ll support the daily security operations of a commercial office building and play an important part in creating a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This position is a great opportunity if you’re looking to build a long-term career in security within commercial real estate.

You’ll gain practical experience working with a variety of systems and tools, while developing strong customer service and problem-solving skills. In this role, you’ll work with security systems including cameras, access control (C-Cure), fire alarms, intercoms, radios, and more. You’ll also help manage after-hours building access, document activity and incidents, and be ready to respond when situations arise.
** In this role, you will:
*** Demonstrate proficiency in operating the security control room and associated systems.
* Continuously monitor emergency communications and life safety equipment.
* Maintain clear, accurate documentation of incidents, activities, and after-hours access.
* Deliver a professional and positive experience when interacting with tenants, clients, and visitors.
* Successfully clear our pre-employment process (background check and drug screening).
* Have the physical capability to remain on your feet for extended periods, perform patrols, and lift up to 50 lbs.
** What You’ll Bring:
*** High school diploma or equivalent (required).
* A minimum of two years of professional experience in customer service and security environments.
* Current California BSIS Guard Card.
* First Aid, CPR, and AED certification, or the ability to obtain within six months of hire.
