Protos Security -  - Responsibilities:
Perform highly visible, uniformed foot patrols throughout retail locations to deter theft and suspicious behavior;  Carry a BSIS-approved firearm while on duty and follow all applicable safety and use-of-force protocols;
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all detentions, recoveries, and suspicious activity;
Collaborate with store management, law enforcement, and internal security teams as needed;
Maintain a professional and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations and during all customer interactions
