Job DescriptionUnarmed Security Guard – Flex
SPADE Security Services is seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Guard – Flex Officers to support multiple client locations. Flex Officers provide coverage for open shifts, vacations, and special assignments across different sites. This role requires adaptability, professionalism, and strong situational awareness.
Responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring property for suspicious activity, responding to incidents, enforcing site rules, and maintaining a visible security presence. Officers must provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with supervisors and dispatch, and complete accurate incident and activity reports.
Flex Officers must be comfortable working at various locations and shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
RequirementsREQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible shifts and multiple locations
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to write clear incident reports
- Ability to pass background screening

- Military or law enforcement background
