Electrical Foreman

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial warehouse projects in the Sacramento area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay: $40–$46 per hour (DOE)

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial warehouse job sites
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to meet project schedules
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, California, and local codes
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe job site at all times
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
• Track labor hours, materials, and overall job progress

• 5+ years of electrical experience with foreman or lead experience
• Proven experience on multi-family, mixed-use facilities, and commercial warehouse projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes
• Ability to lead crews, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• $40–$46/hour, based on experience
