Installation Technician, Electrician/ Electrician Installation

We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead our field teams and oversee complex electrical projects with precision, professionalism, and safety. What You’ll Do:- Lead, coordinate, and supervise a crew of electricians on commercial and industrial job sites
- Plan and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects according to code and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to ensure proper system layout and design
- Maintain communication with Project Managers and clients to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Conduct job walks, assign daily tasks, and monitor progress to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues across various systems and equipment
- Manage job site materials, inventory, and documentation, including timekeeping and purchase orders
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC codes, Title 24 standards, and OSHA safety regulations
- Train and mentor, the team to build an even stronger and more capable team
- Promote a culture of teamwork, integrity, and respect on every site
Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferred Journeyman Electrician Certification
- 7+ years of relevant commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Proven ability to supervise and manage team members on active construction sites
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and mentorship
- Experience with controls systems, Title 24, and energy compliance standards is a plus
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Completion or Current Enrollment of a vocational electrician program or registered apprenticeship
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Drug Test and Background Check Clearance (prior to hire date)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally stay overnight for out-of-town projects
- Pay: $40 – $55/hour (based on experience) + overtime

This position is performed in a fabrication shop environment and may require standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.
