We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Framer to construct and assemble wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures using wood and other framing materials. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong understanding of framing techniques.
Responsibilities- Construct and assemble wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures using wood and other framing materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate layout and execution.
- Install framing components including studs, joists, rafters, and sheathing with precision and efficiency.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and structural requirements.
- 3+ years of framing experience in residential or modular construction.
- Strong understanding of framing techniques, materials, and structural principles.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in using framing tools such as nail guns, saws, levels, and measuring devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Journeyman level with at least 3 years of framing carpentry experience.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with construction in a manufacturing or modular building environment is a plus.

Work EnvironmentWork in a manufacturing construction setting with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Embrace a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
