Minimal overtime on local projects. Travel assignments may require additional flexibility.

What You'll Do

* Lead up to - two concurrent projects across the West Coast

* Supervise field teams and subcontractors

* Program and commission access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems

* Interpret and execute installation drawings and design specifications

* Update as-built documentation (PDF, Excel)

* Maintain government PIV credentials and clearance requirements as needed

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to TFZ's high standards

What You Bring

* 5+ years of experience in electronic security system installation & programming

* Experience leading projects valued at $100,000+

* Strong understanding of construction drawings and system integration

* Ability to travel up to 50%

* Professional communication and leadership skills

Certifications / Experience

* Lenel OnGuard Fundamentals (or equivalent experience)

* Software House C
• CURE 9000 (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Certifications / Experience OR Ability to Obtain

* OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)

* Milestone XProtect

* American Dynamics Victor

Salary: $41.00 to $46.00

* Four weeks of hands-on onboarding with an experienced Project Manager

* Immersion in TFZ systems, standards, and processes

* Certification completion and live project exposure

* Clear growth path and performance expectations
